Deposits brought back about 22 cents for every dollar withdrawn as the exchange restarted withdrawals, and Binance says it has now made up about 95% of the hack losses. Binance said it processed $4.649 billion in withdrawals against $1.01 billion in deposits from 06:00 UTC to 15:30 UTC on Nov. 1, putting net outflows at $3.64 billion . Binance said the net outflow amounts to 2.1% of the $171 billion in assets it manages. The $171 billion base comes from Binance’s proof-of-reserves data as of Oct. 28, the day before the hot-wallet drain began.
