Binance and founder Changpeng Zhao subpoenaed Kevin O’Leary and Michael Lewis as they defended a $1.76 billion FTX clawback lawsuit. The requests reached an investor paid to promote the exchange and an author who documented the rise and fall of its co-founder, Sam Bankman-Fried. Binance and its founder and former CEO, Changpeng Zhao (CZ), subpoenaed “Shark Tank” investor Kevin O’Leary and author Michael Lewis, Bloomberg Law reported Nov. 5. The publication cited a notice filed Nov. 4 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
