Outflows in a suspected Binance wallet incident now span three accounts, after 823 million USDC left Hot Wallet 34 and Binance 14 was swept again 40 minutes after its initial outflow. On-chain records show 823 million USDC moved out of Hot Wallet 34. Binance 14 was a separate part of the sequence: it saw another sweep 40 minutes after its first outflow. The account count has widened to three, with Hot Wallet 34 and Binance 14 identified by name.
