The period ran from 1 a.m. ET Nov. 1 to 11 p.m. ET Nov. 2. Withdrawals totaled $10.97 billion, while deposits reached $5.695 billion, leaving cumulative flows negative for the full window. The 10 p.m. ET Nov. 2 reading marked a change in the hourly pace, not a reversal of the 46-hour balance.
