Binance Keeps Withdrawals Paused Until Security Issue Is Resolved

Binance has paused withdrawals while it carries out security checks, and says service will resume only after the issue is fully resolved. The exchange said customer funds remain safe and that it will continue sharing updates while the review is underway. The pause follows an earlier update that described some users’ failed withdrawal attempts as a technical error and said service was being restored. The latest notice makes resolution of the security issue a condition for resuming withdrawals but gives no restart time. On-chain data pointed to possible outflows from Binance hot wallets of as much as $5.6 billion.
