Binance founder 赵长鹏 said a major hack at the exchange revealed security gaps that could have been addressed, arguing that public discussion of the failures could help other crypto firms improve their defenses. In a Nov. 4 post on X, 赵 said the possibility of attacks does not absolve a platform of preventable weaknesses. He described a prolonged effort targeting hundreds of employees and systems that continued for months or possibly years. Only a small number were ultimately compromised, 赵 said.
