On-chain alerts put Binance-linked transfers at approximately $2.77 billion across five blockchains, but no confirmed theft has been established. Ethereum wallets labeled Binance 14 and Binance 16 transferred assets to a newly created address, with a separate transaction subsequently moving about 195,460 ETH. Reported stablecoin freezes could restrict the movement of affected tokens, while customers still need confirmation of withdrawal availability. Approximately $2.77 billion in cryptocurrency reportedly moved from Binance-linked wallets across five blockchains on October 29, triggering concerns about a possible security breach at the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume.
