BILL Raises FY 2027 Non-GAAP EPS Outlook to $3.99-$4.15

BILL raised its fiscal 2027 outlook for non-GAAP net income per diluted share to $3.99-$4.15, up from $3.56-$3.79, and projects non-GAAP operating income of $466 million to $486 million. The operating income midpoint implies a margin of about 32.9% against the midpoint of its revised revenue outlook, which is presented net of card rewards. The company projects total revenue of $1.4335 billion to $1.4635 billion for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, a year-over-year increase of 10% to 12%. Its core revenue forecast, which covers subscription and transaction fees, is $1.2835 billion to $1.3135 billion.
