BeFra Shareholders Approve MXN 250 Million Dividend for Nov. 19

Shareholders of Betterware de México, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (NYSE: BWMX), which operates as BeFra, approved a quarterly dividend totaling MXN 250 million at an Oct. 16 meeting. The company will pay the distribution on Nov. 19, 2026, to shareholders listed on Nov. 5. The payment will be made in Mexican pesos. The approximate amount per share is $0.3424 before applicable tax withholding and $0.3082 after withholding. The calculation uses an exchange rate of MXN 18.4888 per U.S. dollar.
