Axos Financial, Inc. expects organic lending to expand at a low-to-mid-teens rate in fiscal 2027, excluding acquisitions, while net interest margin remains flat over the next few quarters. The company said its loan outlook reflects strong demand. Excess deposits from Capital One are adding about $700 million to average cash assets and weighing on margin in the near term. Axos expects to put most of that liquidity to work by the end of calendar 2026. Net charge-offs reached 109 basis points, up from 25 basis points in the previous quarter.
