Aviva Investors Tokenises £22B Sterling Liquidity Fund Share Class on XRP Ledger

Aviva Investors and Ripple on 26 October launched a tokenised share class of Aviva Investors’ Sterling (GBP) Liquidity Fund on the XRP Ledger. The fund has approximately £22 billion in assets under management, though the new blockchain-based share class operates as a representation of holdings rather than placing the underlying fund entirely on-chain, according to Aviva Investors . Aviva Investors invested £50 million in the newly launched tokenised share class. That takes its total investment across its two tokenised share classes above £86 million, Ripple said .
