ATOM Gains 3.71% as Bitcoin Weakens, With $2 Resistance in Focus

Cosmos Hub (ATOM) rose 3.71% over the 24 hours through 4 a.m. ET (08:00 UTC) Oct. 23, while Bitcoin (BTC) fell 3% on Thursday, Oct. 22, from $84,000 to $81,416. ATOM's broader daily trend remained bearish after it broke below a $3.38 swing low during the Oct. 10, 2025, selloff. Its current swing range runs from $1.21 to $2.30. The $2 area has acted as resistance since March 2026. It briefly served as support in May before sellers regained control in June. On shorter time frames, ATOM moved above local resistance at $1.778.
