Arete’s $369 NVIDIA Share Target Excludes Binance Futures Contract

Arete Research’s $369 target applies to NVIDIA (NVDA) shares, while Binance’s NVDAUSDT perpetual contract has its own trading price despite tracking the stock. Arete raised the share target from $283 on Oct. 16. NVIDIA closed the regular U.S. session that day at $214.13 at 4 p.m. ET (20:00 UTC). The revised target was $154.87 above that close. Binance’s contract settles in USDT and trades 24/7. Its price can continue changing after the regular U.S. share session ends. The last regular-session close remains a fixed reference for comparing Arete’s target with NVIDIA shares.
