Arbitrum’s active-address count reached 1.09 million, a 30-day high, offering a measure of network participation without revealing how many individual people were active on the network. An active-address reading counts distinct addresses, not people. One person can control multiple addresses, while bots or airdrop activity can affect the total. Active addresses approximate participation but do not establish a user count.
