AppLovin (APP) Stock Pops 24% as Cash Flow Jumps to $1.4 Billion

TLDR AppLovin (APP) posted Q3 EPS of $4.30 on revenue of $2.18 billion, topping estimates. Free cash flow hit $1.4 billion, up from $863 million in Q2. The buyback authorization grew by $3.2 billion to $3.6 billion. Q4 revenue guidance of $2.365 billion to $2.395 billion beat the $2.25 billion consensus. The stock rose 24% after hours following a 10% gain in the regular session. AppLovin (APP) delivered a third quarter that landed well above Wall Street’s forecasts. The stock closed Wednesday up more than 10%, then climbed as much as 24% in after-hours trading.
