Apple Offers Jobs to Some Huxe Employees, Licenses Its IP

Apple has offered jobs to certain employees of Huxe AI and agreed to license the startup’s intellectual property after Huxe shut down its personalized audio service. Apple notified the European Commission of the arrangement on June 9. The agreement covers employment offers for “certain employees of Huxe AI” and a non-exclusive license to Huxe’s intellectual property rights. The filing does not identify the employees who received offers or say whether they accepted them. It also does not disclose Apple’s plans for the licensed technology.
