Apollo Sets $0.5625 Quarterly Dividend, Payable Nov. 30

On Nov. 3, Apollo Global Management, Inc. announced a $0.5625 cash distribution for each common share tied to the quarter ended Sept. 30. Payment is scheduled for Nov. 30. Shareholders recorded at the close of business Nov. 18 qualify to receive it. The amount is unchanged from Apollo’s second-quarter dividend. That $0.5625-per-share payment was scheduled for Aug. 31, with eligibility based on shareholders recorded at the close of business Aug. 19. Apollo’s quarterly results also showed originations reached a high of $114 billion. Assets under management totaled about $1.07 trillion as of Sept. 30. Athene is Apollo’s retirement-services business.
