Anthropic’s Seven Founders Hold an Estimated 10% Stake Ahead of IPO

A hypothetical $2 trillion initial public offering would value Anthropic’s seven co-founders’ combined stake at as much as $203 billion, based on estimates of their holdings in the company’s IPO filing. Each founder is estimated to hold about 231 million to 244 million shares. Together, that is roughly 1.69 billion shares, or about 10% of the 16.9 billion fully diluted shares implied by the filing. At a $2 trillion valuation, the individual stakes would be worth about $27 billion to $29 billion, or $189 billion to $203 billion combined.
