Anthropic’s S-1 Lists $2.75 Million in 2025 CEO Security Costs

Anthropic’s Oct. 26 Form S-1 lists $2,745,874 in 2025 security costs for CEO Dario Amodei, an executive benefit that the filing includes among compensation disclosures. The filing also lists $97,055 for Amodei’s private-aircraft use. Anthropic said his security program required the travel. The board determined that added protection was warranted for Dario Amodei, President Daniela Amodei and their families based on security studies and increased media attention. The board also cited “bona fide business-related, heightened security concerns.” Measures included individual protection, home surveillance, and private cars with drivers. Daniela Amodei’s security, home protection and transportation cost $1.29 million.
