Anthropic revenue per employee climbs to $6.6 million in a year

The Claude maker's per-head revenue jumped from $1.4 million as revenue scaled far faster than hiring Anthropic ’s revenue per employee rose to $6.6 million over the past year, up from $1.4 million twelve months earlier. The figure matters because revenue per employee is the cleanest scorecard for a simple question. Can AI companies grow without growing payroll at the same rate? Anthropic’s answer, at least for now, is a pretty emphatic yes. Anthropic, the company behind the Claude family of AI models, has a headcount of roughly 3,328 employees.
