Anthropic has announced plans to extend its initial public offering (IPO) to investors in Australia, Japan, Canada, and the UK. This move indicates the company’s intention to attract a broad international investor base as it heads towards a landmark listing. The AI lab, known for its work with the Claude family of AI models, has filed a preliminary S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a Nasdaq IPO under the ticker symbol “ANT”. Previously, Anthropic reported $16.3 billion in revenue for the first half of 2026, alongside an $80.7 billion net loss.
