Alset AI Plans Private Placement of Up to 4 Million Units

Alset AI Ventures Inc. plans to raise $650,000 to $800,000 through a private placement of 3.25 million to 4 million units, with proceeds intended for its portfolio companies and corporate needs. The company announced the proposed financing Monday, Oct. 26, but did not specify the currency for the stated amounts. The units are priced at $0.20 apiece. Each would contain one common share and half of a warrant. Each whole warrant would let its holder buy one additional share for $0.30 during the 24 months after closing. Alset expects the placement to close on or about Nov.
