Alpha Modus says it added 3,170 Bitcoin (BTC) through an exchange of shares and warrants, taking its reported Bitcoin holdings above $250 million and diluting existing shareholders. The Nasdaq-listed company exchanged 51.6 million shares and matching warrants for the BTC, using equity-linked instruments to expand its digital-asset holdings. The 3,170 BTC is the amount acquired in the swap; the figure above $250 million is the value Alpha Modus reports for its Bitcoin holdings. The distinction separates the size of this transaction from the total value of the company's reported holdings.
