AI agents can now buy domains on Atom using x402 payments via Coinbase

Atom's integration with Coinbase Business lets autonomous software complete domain purchases with stablecoins on Base AI agents can now do more than browse domain listings. On Atom, they can complete the purchase themselves. Atom.com, the premium domain marketplace run by AtomHQ, has integrated with Coinbase Business so that AI agents can pay for domains using x402 payments. The integration was officially revealed on October 15, 2026. It allows AI agents to buy domains through Coinbase Business checkouts, settling payments in stablecoins rather than cards or bank transfers. Two stablecoins are supported: USDC and USDT.
