Agree Realty Corporation (ADC) faces forecasts of $0.47 per share in earnings and $212.9 million in revenue for the third quarter of 2026, with results due after U.S. markets close Tuesday, Oct. 20. The real estate investment trust recently raised its monthly common dividend to $0.271 per share, a 1.5% increase from the preceding $0.267 payment.
