Advent Convertible and Income Fund Sets $0.1172 November Distribution

Guggenheim Investments set the Advent Convertible and Income Fund’s November distribution at $0.1172 per share. Investors of record on Nov. 13 are eligible for the payment, scheduled for Nov. 30. Nov. 13 is also the ex-dividend date. A buyer on or after that date is not entitled to receive the distribution. The per-share amount matches the fund’s October distribution, which was payable Oct. 30. AVK is a closed-end fund with an objective of total return through capital appreciation and current income. Under normal conditions, it invests at least 80% of its managed assets in convertible securities and non-convertible income securities.
