Advantage Solutions Swings to $25.1M Q3 Loss as Revenue Slips 0.1%

Advantage Solutions swung to a $25.098 million third-quarter loss as revenue slipped 0.1% to $913.739 million, while its restructuring plan carries projected savings and additional costs. For the quarter ended Sept. 30, the company recorded a net loss of $25.098 million, or $1.96 per basic and diluted share. In the year-earlier period, Advantage earned $20.565 million, or $1.51 per diluted share, on $915.012 million in revenue. Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP measure, fell 14.2% to $85.377 million from $99.554 million a year earlier. The decline was steeper than the change in total revenue. Results varied across Advantage’s three business segments.
