Adient Sets Fiscal 2027 Revenue Outlook at $14.8 Billion to $15 Billion

Adient plc (ADNT) forecast fiscal 2027 revenue of $14.8 billion to $15 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $900 million to $925 million, while management plans about $100 million in share repurchases during the year. The board increased Adient’s buyback authorization by $400 million. The company also expects fiscal 2027 free cash flow to exceed $100 million. Adient recorded about $15.2 billion in fiscal 2026 revenue, a 4% increase from the prior year. Adjusted EBITDA was $884 million, flat year over year, and free cash flow totaled $222 million.
