Address Tied to Binance Incident Swaps 96 Billion Shiba Inu (SHIB)

An Ethereum address tied to Binance’s Oct. 29 security incident received 499,067,016,878.215 Shiba Inu (SHIB) from Binance 14 on Thursday afternoon. The address later moved about 96.02 billion SHIB through three decentralized-exchange swaps, adding a specific token trail to the incident’s on-chain activity. The transfer occurred at 4:24:23 p.m. ET Thursday (20:24:23 UTC). The three swaps followed between 9:26 p.m. and 9:27 p.m. ET Thursday (01:26–01:27 UTC Friday). They involved 35.24 billion, 40.86 billion and 19.92 billion SHIB, respectively. A snapshot of tracked wallets at about 11:34 p.m. ET Thursday (03:34 UTC Friday) showed 403,905,059,335 SHIB remaining.
