Large enterprise and government processes rebuilt around artificial intelligence remain “basically close to zero,” Accenture global chief technology officer Marc Warner said at a virtual panel, framing organizational change as a barrier to broader AI adoption. Warner made the estimate during a discussion that included Matthieu Caillat, AXA’s group chief technology and AI officer; Greg Ulrich, Mastercard’s chief AI and data officer; and Marjorie Janiewicz of Mistral AI. The panel addressed workflow redesign and internal change as organizations seek to get more value from AI. Warner’s figure was his assessment, not a measured industry count.
