A7 International plans to present a cross-border payments service on Oct. 13 that will let customers settle foreign invoices in Tether (USDT) while recipients receive funds through SWIFT in the requested currency. The service will primarily target foreign trade operators but also accept individual customers. It will charge a fixed fee of 0.3%. A7 is a Russian international settlement system established in 2024 with the involvement of PJSC Bank PSB. Its planned offering links a USDT payment from the customer with a conventional bank transfer to the foreign counterparty.
