LuAnn Chico of Lexington, North Carolina, has won a $100,000 prize twice on the same $20 scratch-off game, Ruby Red 7’s, the North Carolina Education Lottery said. She claimed the second $100,000 win at lottery headquarters in Raleigh on September 21, 2026, and the repeat jackpot drew fresh attention again in October 2026 after Lottery Post highlighted the déjà vu outcome.
