90-Day Average of Binance XRP Whale Outflows Hits Five-Year Low

The dollar value of whale-sized XRP withdrawals from Binance averaged $49.7 million over 90 days on Oct. 20, marking the measure's lowest level since October 2021. The same measure reached about $3.5 billion in February 2025. The latest reading reflects a sustained decline in the dollar value of large transfers leaving the exchange, rather than a count of withdrawals on a single day. During a market check near 7:42 a.m. ET (11:42 UTC) on Oct. 20, XRP traded for about $1.30. Its seven-day range was $1.26 to $1.38, placing the checked price closer to the low.
