A transfer recorded Oct. 19 at 8:30 p.m. ET (Oct. 20, 00:30 UTC) involved 82,314,668 XRP valued at about $106.6 million and moved between wallets whose owners are unknown. Both wallet addresses appear in the transaction details, but their owners are not identified.
