A 3,000 Ether (ETH) holding moved to Kraken on Oct. 22 after about nine and a half years of inactivity, with its value rising roughly 128 times over that period. The coins were withdrawn from Gemini in 2017, when Ether traded at about $19. That price put the 3,000 ETH at roughly $57,000. At the time of the Kraken transfer, Ether was about $2,410, valuing the holding at approximately $7.23 million. Enna Lee reports on investing and digital-asset markets for TokenPost.
