+147,593 SHIB Growth in 2026: What's Behind It?

The dog-themed cryptocurrency Shiba Inu has seen its number of holders rise in 2026, despite the ongoing bearish market conditions. A dedicated X account, Etherscanshib , which provides real-time updates on SHIB, said Shiba Inu has added 147,593 addresses to its holder base year-to-date. The latest daily update for Day 303 of 2026, which is Oct. 30, saw an increase of 210 new holders, a sign of the steady growth in wallet creation, which has now risen to 1,696,223 on-chain holders. The addition of 147,593 holders this year indicates SHIB's growing on-chain presence.
